12 Volt Load Resistor
12 Volt load resistor, 50 Watt 6 Ohms. Designed for use on vehicles that have electronic components that are not LED compatible. Use of an optional load resistor simulates the current draw of a standard direction indicator bulb enabling correct operation.
Must be mounted on metal surfaces. The resistor can reach up to 170°C, do not mount the resistor on any surface that can melt by the heat of this resistor, this includes plastics, hoses or painted surfaces.
Using the cable terminals supplied ensures that when the wires are connected they provide a completely waterproof connection to ensure safe operation of the vehicle. Make sure the load resistor is secured firmly by using the screws provided to an appropriate surface.
